“The Unknown Corners of Our Minds” is a digital book delivered instantly as a downloadable PDF. Because it cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We will provide a working replacement file or a full refund if: the file is damaged or will not open, you did not receive your download link, you were charged more than once for the same order, or the product materially differs from its description.
Contact us within 14 days of purchase through the support link in your Payhip receipt, or via payhip.com/b/FEJeN, with the email used for your order and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and may take several business days.
For digital content supplied immediately, you agree at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. This does not affect your legal rights where the product is faulty or not as described.
